TERMS OF SERVICE

01. Introduction and Trader Identity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, access, and use of all mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Apps") developed and published by İbrahim Kahraman ("Developer", "Trader", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps. For the purposes of European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK) consumer protection laws, the Developer acts as a commercial trader.

02. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

03. Acceptable Use Restrictions

When using our Apps, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineering: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
• Unauthorized modification: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Apps.
• Illegal activity: Use the Apps for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Security circumvention: Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security-related features, subscription paywalls, or usage limits within the Apps.

04. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Payments

Some of our Apps may offer virtual items, premium features, or auto-renewing subscriptions ("Paid Services"):

• Billing and renewal: All transactions are processed directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store ("App Store Provider"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel an active subscription.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
• Refunds and EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal: Refund requests are handled directly by the respective App Store Provider according to their refund policies. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA or the UK, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content or services that are supplied immediately, you consent to immediate performance and waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital service begins.

05. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

Our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) and integrate third-party tools for analytics or subscription management (such as Firebase and RevenueCat). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites, advertisements, or services linked within our Apps. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

06. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Apps—including but not limited to software code, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks—are owned by İbrahim Kahraman or our licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

07. Disclaimer of Warranties and Consumer Guarantees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or operating system versions.

EEA and UK Consumers: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory statutory consumer rights, legal guarantees of conformity, or remedies that cannot be waived under the applicable consumer protection laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, İbrahim Kahraman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Apps. Where liability cannot be lawfully excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

09. Termination and Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Apps (or any feature within them) at any time without prior notice. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer habitually residing in the EEA or the UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
